Campaign conditions are listed below.
These campaign terms and conditions are for the “Win a Gift Crypto Basket up to 30,000 TL” campaign organized by ICRYPEX. The campaign update started on June 2, 2023 and will end on July 14, 2023.
- A gift altcoin crypto basket will be defined in the account of users who have just signed up to ICRYPEX.
- Users who perform KYC 1 level confirmation will also receive an additional gift altcoin crypto basket.
- If users who sign up with your referral code defined in your account perform KYC 1 level approval, a gift crypto basket will be defined for each referral you bring. (The referrer has to do KYC 1 level approval. Otherwise, the referrer cannot win the reward. After KYC 1 approval, previous member users cannot win a gift crypto basket).
- Gift balances; btt, pitbull, png, axie, arb, shib in a random value between 20 TL and 30,000 TL in total will be defined to users’ accounts.
- Users who are already ICRYPEX customers cannot earn a gift crypto basket for a new membership, but can earn a gift crypto basket for KYC level 1 confirmation and references.
- Users who previously had an account with ICRYPEX but closed their account for any reason cannot benefit from the gift crypto basket given for the first membership and KYC 1 approval, but can benefit from the gift crypto basket in other steps.
- It is not possible for foreign nationals to participate in the campaign.
- In exchange for new membership and KYC level 1 approval, each user can only win one gift crypto basket.
- The campaign is limited to 100,000 members. If 100,000 members are reached before the campaign end date, the campaign will end.
- Users may not open an account with ICRYPEX with information belonging to other persons.
- ICRYPEX is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect information provided during participation in the campaign or for the non-receipt of the prize for any reason.
- The T.R. Identity Number, date of birth, phone number, e-mail information requested by you during the registration process via the ICRYPEX mobile application or website must be correct. Users are obliged to prove the accuracy of the information in case ICRYPEX determines that this information is incomplete or incorrect. Otherwise, ICRYPEX reserves the right to close the fake accounts and to recover the gift amounts credited to their accounts.
- ICRYPEX will examine the information of the accounts of both the referrer and the users who have completed the membership process and has the right to withdraw the balances given to both users in case of incomplete or incorrect information in the accounts.
- It is not possible for users who have previously had an account with ICRYPEX but have closed their account for any reason to be counted as a reference member.
- ICRYPEX will be immediately uploaded to the accounts of those who comply with the campaign conditions and successfully complete their membership.
- You can use the balances you earn as you wish. You can withdraw your balance given for the first membership after 15 days from the date of membership. You can withdraw your balances earned outside the first membership at any time. The minimum withdrawal amount through the bank is 10 TL.
- ICRYPEX; reserves the right to change the campaign dates specified herein, to suspend and terminate the campaigns without notice.
- ICRYPEX shall not be liable for late or incomplete performance or non-performance of any of its obligations under these Campaign Terms in the event of force majeure events (events beyond the control of the parties such as war, mobilization, natural disasters, insurrection, terrorism/cyber-attack, prolonged and generalized power outage, change in legislation, etc.) that cannot be foreseen by ICRYPEX at the time of the addition of these Campaign Terms, which partially or completely eliminate the performance of the obligations arising from these terms. In cases of force majeure; the user shall not be entitled to claim compensation from ICRYPEX under any name whatsoever. Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes related to these Campaign Conditions.
Everyone participating in this campaign is deemed to have accepted the conditions stated above.
