Effects of Volume Increase in Bitcoin

The price of Bitcoin
has doubled in the last two months, which has greatly affected cryptocurrencies with the recent halving event. The increase in the price of Bitcoin and the attractiveness of digital coins have triggered an increase in the number of women on cryptocurrency exchanges. Therefore, we can say that today’s women use digital money to protect their investments. Among the possible reasons behind these growths, traditional securities investment vehicles during the pandemic, high inflation rates and the damage to confidence in the economy have supported bitcoin as an alternative investment vehicle. When it comes to protecting their investments, apart from male dominance, women’s interest in digital assets has also increased .

Cryptocurrency
Units Become Easier to Use

Blockchain
technology and cryptocurrencies continue to be adopted slowly but steadily. The number of people who use it as a shopping or investment tool in their daily lives is advancing regardless of gender. In particular, it seems that women between the ages of 26 and 45 are more active, and users also include different professions, such as accountants, lawyers and economists. According to reports, female users today are spending cryptocurrency in the same way that they would spend their fiat money.

Successful Examples of Women and Gender Equality

In the world of blockchain and cryptocurrencies, there are more and more women not only trading digital currencies, but also entering traditionally male-dominated roles, including analysts, developers, and company leaders. At the same time, statistics show that Blockchain companies founded by women can compete with companies run by men.
