During registration through the ICRYPEX Global mobile app or website, the information requested from you must be accurate. If ICRYPEX Global identifies that this information is incomplete or incorrect, users are responsible for proving the accuracy of their information. Otherwise, ICRYPEX Global reserves the right to terminate the campaign benefits for these individuals, including closing fake accounts.
ICRYPEX Global will review the information related to the accounts of users who complete the membership process. If incomplete or incorrect information is detected in the accounts, ICRYPEX Global reserves the right to exclude the user from the campaign.
Users who have previously had an ICRYPEX Global account but have closed it for any reason are not eligible for this campaign.
ICRYPEX Global reserves the right to change, pause, or terminate the campaign dates mentioned here without prior notice.
In cases of unforeseen events beyond ICRYPEX Global’s control (such as war, mobilization, natural disasters, riots, terrorism/cyber-attacks, prolonged and widespread power outages, legislative changes) that partially or completely hinder the fulfillment of obligations arising from these conditions, ICRYPEX Global shall not be liable for delayed, incomplete, or non-performance of these conditions. In cases of force majeure, no compensation of any kind can be claimed from ICRYPEX Global.
